Chronic Fatigue
 
Persistent fatigue during the day although you are receiving sufficient sleep. Often times unrelated to exertion, never relieved by rest and is continuous for 6 months or more.

A common cause is an imbalance in the sleep/wake rhythm in the body. This can be solved by taking morning walks or receiving exposure to morning sun as this triggers the pituitary gland to stop producing melatonin. Overproduction of melatonin can cause chronic fatigue.
