Only raw apple cider vinegar contains all of the miraculous healing benefits. Look for raw, organic vinegar that is unfiltered, has a brown tint and has particles floating in it.

Use caution when consuming straight as the acid in the vinegar can wear down the enamel on the teeth. Use a straw to avoid this problem.
