Ingredients

2 Cups cornmeal/grits
6 Cups water
1 Teaspoon salt
2 Tablespoons butter

Instructions

Add salt to water and boil. Reduce heat and slowly whisk in cornmeal. Keep stirring for 20 minutes till thick. Add butter and pour into greased baking dish. Bake in preheated oven at 350 degrees for 15 minutes until brown.
