Slow Roasted Pork Roast

Pork roast/loin (boneless,1-3 pounds)
Fresh cracked pepper
Seasoning rub (garlic, cayenne pepper, oregano, thyme, coriander seed, mustard seed, parsley)
1 tablespoon Bragg's Liquid Amino
1 tablespoon olive oil

Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Mix all ingredients together and rub all over the pork roast. Place roast in pan and cover with foil. Reduce heat of oven to 250 degrees and cook the roast for about 30-40 minutes per pound or until internal temperature is 150-155°F. Remove foil for last 10 minutes to form a crust on pork. Remove from oven and allow to rest for 5 minutes prior to cutting.
