Snowpeas and Rice Noodles with Peanut Sauce

2 tablespoons sesame oil
2 tablespoons sesame seeds
1 clove garlic, chopped
1/2 cup peanut sauce (I use Trader Joe's)
8 ounces snow peas, steamed (or broccoli)
12 ounces rice noodles, cooked (I use Trader Joe's)

Saute sesame seeds and garlic in oil for 3 minutes on medium to low heat. Add peanut sauce, stir till heated. Toss in snow peas and noodles.

Any vegetable can be substituted for the snow peas.
