4 medium yams or sweet potatoes, chopped
1 chopped onion
1 chopped green pepper
2 cloves of minced garlic
1 cup crushed tomatoes
1 teaspoon curry powder
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
2 tablespoons peanut putter
