Spiced Yogurt Marinade
 
Ingredients

2 cups plain Greek yogurt
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons fresh ginger, minced
1 teaspoon curry powder
1 teaspoon coriander seed, ground
1 teaspoon cumin, ground
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon turmeric
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
1 chili, seeded and diced
garnish with fresh herbs

Instructions

Combine ingredients. Marinate protein in mixture for 2 hours and grill.

The marinade in the image was garnished with Thai cilantro.
